With a growing network of over 550 Reps, the Representation Assistant will be vital in contributing to the administration of the programme, focusing also on promotion and communication to the wider student body.
The Representation Assistant will work flexibly to support the Course Rep & Student Insight Coordinator in continuing to provide Course Reps with support, promotion, and recognition, and to successfully deliver and meet the aims of the Course Reps strategy. The Representation Assistant will also work closely with the Communications team in sharing the importance and successes of the Course Rep scheme.
Working approximately 10 hours per week during term time, with occasional flexible hours to be agreed in addition e.g. during Course Rep elections.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills - both written and oral; organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload.
