Thank you for showing interest in becoming a supervisor starting in October 2024. To be eligible for this position you must have worked in the hospitality industry (bars/nightclub) for at least one year.

This position will be for anyone wanting to become a supervisor within Rubix nightclub

The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Display a good knowledge of the operations of the bars

- Have a reasonable level of conflict management skills.

- Show good leadership skills

Pay is £12.44 an hour

Training includes industry recognised qualifications in Personal License and Customer Service. 

If you are successful, you will go through an intensive 6 shift probation period in the new role after training is complete.
