Rubix/Manor Park Social Supervisor
Thank you for showing interest in becoming a supervisor starting in September 2025. In order to eligible for this position you must have completed 25 shifts (you can see this on your staff savvy portal) and have the backing of at least 3 current supervisors who may be asked for a reference.
This position will be for anyone wanting to become a supervisor within Rubix or Manor Park Social
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Display a good knowledge of the operations of the bars around Rubix.
- Have a reasonable level of conflict management skills.
- Explain a broad range of the various Rubix Team Member roles.
Pay is £13.21 an hour
Training includes industry recognised qualifications in Personal License and Customer Service.
If you are successful, you will go through an intensive 6 shift probation period in the new role after training is complete.
